Ahmed was wounded the following day at the funeral when an al-Qaeda suicide bomber detonated a bomb, killing 4 people and wounding 18. The day after, one of his sisters set her self on fire and killed herself due to grief...Ahmed's left side paralyzed and he has trouble speaking...Kirkuk, the oil-rich city in northern Iraq, is home to Kurds, Arabs, Turkomen, Christians, Kakayi, and numerous other ethnicities.
